The responses to this form will be viewed only by ARC operations, staff, and event hosts on a need to know basis. Your contact information will not be shared with others, including the RMOC, without written permission by a team representative.

Your registration will not be completed until you pay the registration fee (through Zeffy).

Your response does not guarantee ARCTIC acceptance. This data is being collected for planning purposes, so please be as accurate as possible.

Terms of Participation for ARC Championship (ARCC) 2026:

ARCC Event Registration Period:

Opens: January 11, 2026 23:00 PST

Closes: March 15, 2026 23:00 PST

Late Registration Closes: May 24, 2026 23:00 PST

Payment & Refunds:

Your team must pay the full registration fee for all events through Zeffy by the end of the ARCC Event Registration period.

Late payments will incur a late fee:

3v3: $100
1v1: $50
Engineer Challenge: $50

Registrations will not be accepted after Late Event Registration closes.

Registration is only confirmed once payment has been received.

If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request a refund during the registration period, but approval is not guaranteed.

Refunds will not be issued after the registration period ends.

Please reach out to us (operators@arc-robotics.org) with any questions concerns, etc., or if you require an invoice before payment.

Media Release:

ARC Robotics may take photos or videos of attendees and their possessions on site during ARC events and use this media for promotional or other purposes.

Liability:

ARC staff and volunteers will make every effort to ensure the event is safe and enjoyable for everyone. However, if there is any property damage, loss, or injuries or similar circumstances that occur during the event, ARC Robotics and its staff, hosts, volunteers and affiliates will not be held liable.

If your team or team members take competition property, including but not limited to projectiles, official projectile reloaders, armor plate ID reset tools, etc., your team may be held financially liable. This does not apply to things like free merch giveaways and your competitor badges, etc.
