The responses to this form will be viewed only by ARC operations, staff, and event hosts on a need to know basis. Your contact information will not be shared with others, including the RMOC, without written permission by a team representative. Your shipping address may be shared with relevant parties (such as freight forwarding services) in order to mail materials to your team.

We may share your team's name, city, school, logo, participation status, and website/socials/etc. links on our website or on any other promotional materials.

This person should actively monitor the community Discord server and will represent your team. They will be given the “Team Representative” role, and added to the private #team-reps-only channel. Note that only one person per team may hold this role.

This person should actively monitor the community Discord server and ensure their team receives important information. They will receive the “Point of Contact” role. This role may get pinged in order to ensure teams receive important information, while avoiding sending a ping to @everyone. You may list multiple points of contact.

Note: The logo must be fully scalable, meaning it was created as a vector graphic. Logos that are simply .PNG or .JPG images imported into Adobe Illustrator or similar programs are not acceptable.

Engineer Challenge

ARCTIC

This will help us plan for the season. You should select events you are planning on participating in, even if you are not 100% sure you will be ready to participate. Your selection does not guarantee placement in the event. Your team will officially register for events and pay the registration fee in Event Registration, which will open closer to the competition.
